 "

Mother's Day 2019. The Bannon Springs Assisted Living facility with Bill Lightcap and Jelli, a caretaker in the background. This is the first time since Granny came here on March 4th, that she didn't ask to 'go back home.' Words that dove into me with classic caretaker guilt. Ten-weeks later and she has adjusted. The staff are always present, engaged with the residents, while my mother sits in the chair clean, happy bright and smiling when we walk in the door.

We brought her painting. She painted her whole life and then when the dementia was developing, she had somethings she continued to do. Knitting was another thing she could do. Not anymore. Still, BS provides the tools for her to color. There were books with designs in front of her yesterday and she was chatting away about how intricate they were. Always the visual, always the artist.

Thank you Bannon Springs, and you have wonderful staff that have made a difference in her life and ours, as well."

 "

When searching for an extended Care facility for our elderly Mom,  Bannon Springs was recommended to us by friends from our church, whose  father had been a resident at the facility.  We quickly discovered what a  wonderful place Bannon Springs truly is.  Mom has severe  Alzheimer's/dementia, and from the very start of her residency, she has  received the utmost care, attention and love. We appreciate each  caregiver/employee that works with Mom. After about a year, we were  faced with placing our Father, and the staff and management were able to  place Mom and Dad together in the same room.  To us, this was amazing.   Our Father passed away a short time later, and all was handled with  love as well as professionally, and we could not have asked for better  care.

If you are searching for a place for your loved one, we highly recommend Bannon Springs."
